Question 1

Is there a setup fee?

Accepted Answer

No. Setup and onboarding are included in every plan.

Question 2

What are usage fees?

Accepted Answer

Usage fees cover the cost of texts, calls, and AI minutes your system processes — think of it as the operating cost of your AI staff. For a typical Essentials plan, usage runs about $25–$50 per month. For Growth and Premium plans with the AI Voice Agent, expect $150–$200 per month depending on call volume. Usage is billed automatically to a prepaid wallet on your account.

Question 3

What is Conversation AI?

Accepted Answer

Conversation AI is the AI that handles your incoming texts, chats, and social messages automatically — across your website chat, SMS, Facebook, Instagram, and Google. It responds instantly, answers common questions, qualifies leads, and keeps the conversation moving until the client is ready to book. All without you or your staff having to type a single reply. Included in every plan.

Question 4

How does the free reactivation campaign work?

Accepted Answer

Give us your client list and we run a targeted outreach campaign to bring back dormant clients. You see results within days. No commitment required — it's our way of proving the value before you invest in a monthly plan.

Question 5

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

Accepted Answer

No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Question 6

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Most clients are fully live within 14 days. Reactivation campaigns launch within the first week.

Question 7

Will this work for my industry?

Accepted Answer

If your business relies on incoming leads and booked clients, yes. We work with med spas, clinics, salons, contractors, home services, and professional services — the system works for any service business.

Question 8

What if I need help after setup?

Accepted Answer

Support is included in every plan. You're never on your own.

Question 9

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Switch plans anytime as your needs change.

Question 10

Will AI replace my staff?

Accepted Answer

No. AI handles repetitive tasks like follow-up texts, review requests, and appointment booking. Your team focuses on what humans do best — client relationships, consultations, and delivering great service. We're here to turbocharge your team, not replace them.

Question 11

Can this replace our current phone system?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Premium clients port their main business number into our system and cancel their existing PBX or VoIP service. Every team member gets a mobile and desktop app to make and receive calls from the business number. Every call is CRM-native — automatically recorded, AI-summarized, and triggering follow-up automations with no integrations needed. AI handles incoming calls, routes to the right person, and books appointments — all while every conversation is tracked. Most businesses save $200–$500 per month on their old phone system. Your business owns your phone number — if you ever leave, it goes with you.

Question 12

Why is Premium $997 when Growth is $597?

Accepted Answer

Growth adds an AI Voice Agent to your existing setup. Premium replaces your entire phone infrastructure — that's a different category of value. With Premium you get multiple AI Voice Agents across dedicated lines, a full business phone system where every call is CRM-native: automatically recorded, AI-summarized, and triggering follow-up automations with no integrations required. Your whole team gets mobile and desktop apps to call from your business number. Smart lead scoring routes every inquiry to the right person automatically. And a full team dashboard gives you visibility across your entire operation with multiple seats. Most Premium clients cancel their existing phone or PBX subscription, which offsets a significant portion of the cost.
